Description

The client is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure project manager for an immediate-start assignment in Stockholm with a hybrid work arrangement. The role leads projects involving server, capacity, and storage environments; introduces, develops, and modifies technical platforms; gathers and prioritizes requirements from business, IT operations, security, and technical stakeholders; coordinates internal teams and external suppliers; and prepares decision-making materials. Mandatory requirements include several years of IT project management or equivalent experience, at least three years of stakeholder requirement work, experience introducing or migrating IT platforms and infrastructure services, experience with multi-system integrations, and customer-focused experience. Regulated-business, hybrid, supplier-management, and complex-technical-communication experience are desirable.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Several years of documented experience as an IT project manager or in an equivalent leading role
At least 3 years of experience gathering and prioritizing requirements in larger organizations with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience leading, coordinating, or driving the introduction, implementation, or commissioning of an IT platform or infrastructure service
Several years of experience planning, leading, or coordinating the introduction or migration of platform or infrastructure services
Experience in at least two IT assignments involving integrations between multiple systems, third-party systems, and dependencies on operations, platforms, or infrastructure
At least 3 years of documented experience in customer-focused roles closely aligned with customer needs
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in regulated businesses such as the public sector, banking, insurance, or security-classified environments
Experience translating technically complex matters into clear decision-making materials for business and steering committees
Experience with hybrid environments integrating on-premises and cloud-based services
Experience managing suppliers or coordinating external operations or infrastructure suppliers in an outsourced IT environment
