The role manages customers’ IT infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and administering Windows servers and clients, networks, virtualized environments, backup systems, cloud services, and hardware and software. It includes remote and telephone support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting of server and application software. The position requires several years of professional experience with Microsoft operating systems, virtualization, cloud integration, and troubleshooting, and offers permanent employment, independent in-house and on-site work, flexible hours, and the option to work from home.
