HyPlus is hiring an experienced IT all-rounder focused on backend and infrastructure to administer and develop internal IT infrastructure, networks, Windows and Linux servers, virtualized environments, firewalls, and security rules. The role includes incident resolution, infrastructure projects, monitoring, root-cause analysis, complex IT support, documentation, and on-call participation. Candidates need several years of infrastructure experience, strong networking and server-administration knowledge, virtualization and firewall experience, German C1/C2 skills, and English proficiency; the role offers a hybrid or remote model and is ideally based in Ratingen or the surrounding area.
