The role owns specialist applications and incident, change, and release processes for customers’ IT infrastructures, advises on client operating systems, and develops secure, optimized solutions. It requires an IT degree or training, several years of experience with complex infrastructures and process implementation, and expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Linux, PowerShell, networking, databases, virtualization, and documentation. The position offers flexible working hours and remote work according to customer requirements.
