Description
The IT Infrastructure Specialist will plan, install, and support IT infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses, administer server and network environments and Microsoft 365 solutions, and work with Windows Server, Hyper-V, virtualization, and cloud services. The role includes direct on-site and phone customer contact and requires completed IT Specialist for Systems Integration training or a comparable qualification, along with network and server administration knowledge, solution-oriented work habits, communication skills, and customer-facing experience.
