Description
The role manages, maintains, and optimizes LAN, WAN, VLAN, and Cisco network infrastructure; supports servers, clients, Active Directory, and Azure Entra; coordinates small to medium IT projects; assists with cross-site rollouts and integrations; monitors and troubleshoots network services; contributes to firewall, VPN, and endpoint security; documents changes according to ITIL standards; and provides first- and second-level support. The employer seeks completed IT training or a comparable qualification, networking expertise, project experience, Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
