Description
The IT Infrastructure Supervisor will lead a team responsible for maintaining the company's IT server, network, security, and domain infrastructure. This role focuses heavily on Azure and M365 infrastructure, along with server and application upgrades, domain and Active Directory maintenance, DNS and SSL certificate deployments, and security patching. The supervisor will also handle group policy creation, backup configurations, Azure virtual server deployments, and security/application installations using virtual resources. Key duties involve documenting user permissions, conducting audits, performing vulnerability assessments, and providing comprehensive support across various infrastructure projects.
