Description
The role supports, monitors, and develops server landscapes and data centers; handles support requests and incident reports; analyzes technical error patterns; administers user accounts and endpoints; contributes to IT infrastructure maintenance; updates and develops existing IT systems; and participates in infrastructure and digitalization projects. The position requires vocational training or a degree with an IT focus, Windows-based server and workstation knowledge, Microsoft and virtualization technology knowledge, and a service-oriented approach.
