Description
The role is responsible for installing, administering, optimizing, backing up, and troubleshooting Windows and UNIX server infrastructure, network management systems, directory services, and related technologies. It also supports service desk escalations, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, project-based infrastructure design, and process improvements. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and less than two years of related experience with current supported technologies; on-call availability and knowledge of server technologies are also required.
