Wave is hiring an IT Internal Control Officer to join its Internal Control team in Côte d’Ivoire. The role focuses on identifying and mitigating IT and security risks, supporting IT audits and audit remediations, maintaining risk management policies and controls, and acting as a primary external contact for IT/security control audits with regulators and banking partners in Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant internal control or IT/security audit experience, a university degree in IT or a related field, knowledge of control frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, or SOC 2, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in French and English.
