Swisscom is hiring an IT Intern for a six-month AI Agent for Automated Cloud Incident Response internship. The intern will build features for an AWS-native AIOps agent supporting Site Reliability Engineers, using Python microservices on ECS Fargate, Amazon Bedrock, and a live dashboard. The role involves alert ingestion, pattern detection, automated runbooks, and root-cause analysis, with a gross monthly allowance of 810 euros for full-time work. Applicants must be in the final year of a Computer Science, Informatica, or similar program, live in the Netherlands, and have Python, AWS, and Docker skills.
