The IT Support Intern handles remote and in-person IT requests for Ecogen, including ticket management, password and MFA access, software and computer configuration, Wi-Fi and network support, meeting-room and videoconferencing assistance, hardware maintenance, and M365 support. The role requires availability for an internship of six hours per day in person, a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and basic English is preferred.
