Description
Lumos is hiring a full-time IT Jr. Engineer – Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote technical support for PCs, printers, phones, peripherals, and proprietary engineering, telecom, and corporate security systems. The role includes troubleshooting, equipment installation, user-account management, security enforcement, documentation, application training, project support, and mentoring PC technicians, with rotating on-call coverage and travel to Lumos locations as needed. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of IT technician or similar technical support experience, Microsoft and Cisco networking knowledge, .NET experience, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills; Microsoft, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+ certifications are preferred.
