Precise Software Solutions is hiring an IT Laboratory Support Specialist to support a laboratory in Jefferson, Arkansas, Monday through Friday, with possible remote support for other U.S. laboratories and rare travel. The role provides first-line IT and LIMS support, troubleshoots hardware and software, manages user accounts and data backups, installs and configures equipment, coordinates with instrumentation contractors, and trains laboratory users. Candidates need laboratory and IT experience or education, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check and secure Public Trust clearance.
