COVE is hiring a full-time IT Lead in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia to lead technology operations, software implementations, system upgrades, integrations, vendor and managed service provider oversight, cybersecurity coordination, access management, documentation, performance reporting, business continuity, and technology adoption. The role requires post-secondary education in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in IT, business systems, technology coordination, project coordination, or technology operations, with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cloud applications, cybersecurity, and project coordination expertise. The position offers a hybrid work model with one remote day per week and medical and dental benefits.
