Vanderlande, a rapidly expanding international company specializing in material handling solutions for airports, parcel companies, and distribution centers, seeks an IT License Administrator. The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of software license activities, collaborating with various stakeholders like IT, Procurement, and Finance, and utilizing tools such as Topdesk and ERP for order processing and SAM for asset management. The administrator will also contribute to audit preparation, communication of licensing guidelines, and supporting contract and procurement efforts.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Demonstrable experience in performing administrative tasks related to financial processes such as purchasing and invoicing
Preferred Qualifications: Interest in ICT, particularly in the areas of software, licenses, and contracts.
Structured way of working, with an eye for detail and good communication skills
Proficient in English and/or Dutch, written and spoken
Knowledge of systems such as Topdesk and ERP (JD-Edwards) is desirable or open to familiarize yourself with them.
