Description
Ranger Design is seeking an on-site IT Manager in Montreal, Canada, to lead a cross-functional IT team and own the company’s local IT operations in partnership with Corporate IT. The role covers infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud services, helpdesk, ERP operations, Salesforce CRM administration, IT projects, vendors, budgeting, security governance, compliance, documentation, and user training. Candidates need 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years leading an IT team, broad enterprise IT knowledge, ERP experience in manufacturing or distribution, project management capability, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. French and English bilingualism is strongly preferred, and visa/work permit sponsorship is not offered.
