Subaru is hiring an AI and Intelligent Automation Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering artificial intelligence, generative AI, and robotic process automation strategy and solutions. The role partners with business and technology leaders, develops roadmaps and business cases, manages budgets and project portfolios, oversees solution delivery, and ensures governance, security, scalability, and compliance. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of progressive technical experience, and 3–5 years of IT management experience with direct reports. The position is based in Camden, New Jersey, with a hybrid arrangement of remote work two days per week after 90 days, and offers a base salary of $145,000–$170,000 per year plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
