APCON is hiring an IT Manager to lead a small technical team and manage fully on-premises infrastructure across two locations. The role covers Windows Server 2019, virtualization, storage, multi-site redundancy, firewalls, VPN, routing, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, Linux, security hardening, incident response, backups, disaster recovery, and IT governance. It requires 100% on-site presence Monday through Friday, 7+ years of relevant technical experience, 5+ years of IT team leadership, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
