Description

BRAC Sierra Leone is looking for an IT Manager to align IT and business strategies, oversee IT operations, and lead the IT team. This role involves ensuring IT service management, supporting project development, identifying new IT requirements, leading IT initiative rollouts, performing data analysis, planning cloud infrastructure, coordinating system troubleshooting, managing hardware procurement, driving capacity building, and proactively supporting audits. Special responsibilities include working closely with the BI Technology team and AIM system implementation partners to implement digital strategies and oversee AIM project monitoring and MIS.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Software Development, IT Project Management, IT Service Management, and related fields.
Strong domain expertise and hands-on IT service support experience in the NGO/Development sector.
Solid experience in preparing Scope Documents, Use Cases, Test Cases, UML Diagrams, and managing SQL Database Systems.
Extensive skills in software requirement analysis for core operational areas including Accounts, Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Proposal Tracking, Budgeting, Fund Management, Project Management, and Monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions such as MEAL systems, DFA platforms, agent banking, and mobile banking applications.
