The IT Manager will own the full IT function for a team serving U.S. clients, including team leadership, helpdesk and ticket operations, device lifecycle and deployment governance, client engagement, IT strategy, process architecture, and continuous improvement. The role is a full-time independent contractor position based in the Philippines, paid $1,800-$2,000 USD per month, with permanent remote work and company equipment provided. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least four years of IT support or operations experience, and at least one to two years of leadership or team-management experience.
