Description
The IT Manager will lead technology delivery and operations for the Commercial Lines organization, with a strong focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter in a cloud-based environment. The role oversees application development, project management, production support, quality assurance, change management, resource allocation, and staff development, while partnering with business leaders to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused technology solutions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of IT team management experience, and knowledge of insurance processes, cloud platforms, agile, and DevOps practices; visa sponsorship is not available.
