General Matter is hiring an IT Manager to oversee and improve the company’s IT systems, infrastructure, security, reliability, and technology initiatives at its Paducah, Kentucky site. The role manages Microsoft enterprise software platforms, servers, authentication systems, Windows services, enterprise monitoring, change control, automation, and collaboration with engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering with at least three years of systems administration experience, or five years of professional systems administration experience in lieu of a degree, along with extensive experience in virtualized environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows systems, and mission-critical monitoring. The base salary is $180,000-$260,000, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, HSA/FSA, commuter, and other benefits.
