Magna is hiring a permanent IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager to provide technical direction, risk control, and support for IT activities across Norplas operations. The role owns production-critical systems, escalates plant-impacting incidents, manages hardware and system upgrades, maintains servers, databases, virtualized environments, and plant-floor systems, and leads IT security, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement. The position requires enterprise networking, Microsoft technologies, Hyper-V, VMware, Windows Server, and Active Directory knowledge, with an associate degree or 10 years of related experience as an alternative to the degree.
