NorthWind is hiring a full-time IT Manager to lead the planning, provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of information systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure. The role supervises and mentors IT personnel, owns cybersecurity and disaster recovery, manages systems operations and network performance, develops a technology roadmap, and provides technical guidance to internal teams. The position requires a relevant degree and either six years of relevant professional experience with a two-year degree or four years with a four-year bachelor's degree; industry certifications and enterprise infrastructure leadership experience are preferred.
