Description
The IT Manager will take operational ownership of projects for a new delivery centre in Valencia, acting as the site lead’s deputy. The role covers project framing, product roadmapping, technical delivery, budgeting, risk management, governance, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, quality acceptance, releases, and the integration of generative AI into product and project work. It is a launch role requiring a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, project management, computer science, or an equivalent field, plus 5 to 15 years of experience in IT project management, product ownership, or business analysis. French and English are required; the position is based in Valencia or requires relocation, is not open to full remote work, and may be permanent or freelance initially.
