Pikl is hiring an IT Manager to oversee the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of its IT environment, supporting colleagues primarily in Norwich and London and working from home. The role combines hands-on IT support, infrastructure and endpoint management, vendor and supplier management, information security operations, backup and disaster recovery, compliance support, and safe AI tooling enablement. It requires significant IT support or IT management experience, Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint management knowledge, networking basics, security controls experience, and strong documentation and communication skills. The position offers hybrid and flexible working, access to Norwich and London workspaces, 28 days of annual leave, a 35-hour week, and employee wellbeing support.
