Description
The IT Manager, System Administration will lead and develop the IT team supporting servers, networks, storage, endpoints, and site infrastructure at the Major Tool site. The role owns Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, backup and recovery, network connectivity, endpoint management, incident response, CMMC 2.0 Level 2 compliance, vendor relationships, and IT capital planning, while reporting to the Director of IT. The position requires at least seven years of system administration experience and five years leading or supervising an IT team, with a manufacturing or industrial site experience plus defense or aerospace experience preferred. The role is based in a manufacturing shop environment and may require after-hours support and occasional travel to other Precinmac sites.
