Q-CTRL is hiring an experienced, hands-on IT leader to own and improve its global workplace technology environment. The role covers Google Workspace and SaaS administration, identity and access management, macOS endpoint management, hardware and software support, networking, VPNs, on-premises infrastructure, IT service delivery, automation, standards, and IT roadmap planning. The position is intended for a global team and requires expertise in enterprise SaaS, IAM, MDM, networking, server infrastructure, security, and cross-functional leadership.
