RLG is hiring a full-time, permanent, on-site IT Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia, to lead the firm's small IT function through its transition to a cloud-first environment. Reporting to the CFO, the role owns infrastructure and identity architecture, cloud migration, security governance, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, AI tool governance, vendor management, IT budgeting, software licensing, business continuity, and IT documentation. The manager will direct an MSP and MDR vendor while overseeing an existing IT Support/Tech Admin and mentoring that role. The position requires 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior or lead technical roles in infrastructure, identity, or security, along with experience in virtualization, networking, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365, Azure, and vendor management.
