Techo-Bloc is hiring a Director of Information Technology to lead IT support, cybersecurity operations, IT assets and procurement, vendor management, continuous improvement, and technology projects across its North American operations. The role manages a team of technicians in two countries, oversees help desk, onsite support, critical plant-intervention incidents, identity and access management, vulnerability and incident response, Microsoft ecosystem technologies, ERP and ITSM systems, and industrial networking. It requires 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in team management, strong cybersecurity and Microsoft skills, ERP and ITSM experience, and fluency in French and English.
