Description
The IT Manager will report to the Head of IT and lead the architecture, modernization, security, vendor governance, and day-to-day operation of corporate IT infrastructure in a regulated fintech and payments environment. The role manages a distributed infrastructure footprint across Europe and South Africa, directly supervises an Infrastructure Operations Engineer, and requires hands-on ownership of the Malta data centre, virtualization, networking, AWS, financial systems, monitoring, disaster recovery, compliance remediation, and cross-border IT operations. The position is based in Malta and is full-time with a hybrid, remote-first team culture.
