TryHackMe is hiring an IT Manager to own and scale internal IT operations for a fully distributed, remote-first workforce. The role is hands-on and autonomous, covering Google Workspace, infrastructure, business systems, software and licensing, MDM, security, identity and access management, compliance, automation, ITSM, business continuity, vendor relationships, and technology spend. Candidates need at least five years of relevant IT management, operations, or systems administration experience, along with expertise in the listed technologies and frameworks. The position is 100% remote, offers flexible hours with UK-timezone overlap, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
