Eversource is hiring one IT Manager – Business Services to lead technology strategy, delivery, operations, and continuous improvement for enterprise shared services departments serving HR, payroll, marketing and communications, sustainability, regulatory, and related corporate functions. The role manages application portfolios, vendors, delivery teams, roadmaps, cybersecurity, data governance, compliance, incident and release management, and executive decision materials, while requiring at least 10–12 years of progressive enterprise technology leadership experience. The position is hybrid, requires travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and offers an annual salary of $158,310 to $175,900.
