Forescout is hiring an IT Manager, Front-Office Business Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, support, modernization, and AI transformation of customer-facing business applications across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel Operations, and Support. The role owns Salesforce ecosystems, Agentforce, generative AI, application governance, vendor and budget management, and a global team of administrators, analysts, developers, architects, and system analysts. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 15+ years leading enterprise business applications teams, 5+ years managing Salesforce platforms, and 5+ years leading global teams, with some international travel and the possibility of a remote position.
