Ross Stores is hiring an IT Manager II to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering functions within cybersecurity. The role oversees strategy, implementation, and optimization of secure access solutions, manages a team of engineers, collaborates cross-functionally, and works with technologies such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, federation, and IAM platforms including Okta, Saviynt, Netskope, CyberArk, and Azure. The position is based in Dublin, California and is regular full-time with a hybrid work arrangement.
