Description
Tris Pharma, Inc. is hiring an IT Manager, Manufacturing Systems for its Monmouth Junction, New Jersey facility to support on-site pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role leads technology-enabled transformation across manufacturing, packaging, quality, supply chain, engineering, warehouse, and plant operations, with a strong emphasis on automation, analytics, AI and agentic AI, Microsoft’s AI/data stack, and compliant implementation in a regulated GxP environment. Responsibilities include identifying and delivering AI use cases, supporting manufacturing and plant systems such as ERP, warehouse/inventory, serialization, labeling, manufacturing execution, and quality systems, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on requirements, testing, validation, training, and post-go-live support. The position is hybrid, full-time, and offers a salary range of $120K to $155K per year plus standard benefits.
