Pathway Communications is hiring a full-time, permanent Service Delivery Manager in Markham, Ontario, to oversee the operational, financial, quality, and client-retention performance of a managed IT services portfolio. The role manages service levels, incidents, client relationships, account growth, process innovation, and Canadian and overseas delivery staff, while requiring strong IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ITSM knowledge. It is an on-site position requiring five days per week, with a base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 plus up to 10% performance incentive.
