Description
The role analyzes, reproduces, and documents IT network faults through bug tickets, collaborates with Development, System Engineering, and Quality Assurance, creates and executes test cases, maintains and develops IT network and backbone infrastructure, and supports troubleshooting and documentation. It requires a technical degree, mandatory network administration and configuration experience, knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Xray, analytical and teamwork skills, and strong German and English abilities.
