The role involves incident troubleshooting through ServiceNow, documenting resolutions, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining knowledge base content, and contributing to service improvements. Candidates must be fluent in English and Romanian, have at least 2+ years of IT support experience, strong Windows troubleshooting skills, and experience with ticketing systems; regulated-environment experience is a plus.
