PA Consulting is hiring an IT Operations Specialist to provide technical support for Group Systems’ global infrastructure, servers, operating systems, Office 365, Azure, security and archiving tools, directory services, storage, and SaaS products. The role includes troubleshooting, incident and problem management, backups, service monitoring, scheduled maintenance, and support for new joiners, leavers, and account changes. It is based in the Royston office with hybrid working 2–3 days per week, and requires UK single-nationality status, at least five years of UK residency, and the ability to obtain the required security clearance.
