Ecolab is hiring an IT Operations Analyst to support executive leadership and their staff from the St. Paul, Minnesota headquarters. The role provides software and hardware troubleshooting, AV and conferencing support, executive meeting assistance, site evaluations, root-cause analysis, and knowledge-base development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, four years of experience, technical support experience, and familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, mobile systems, Office 365, ticketing systems, and SLAs/OLAs. The position offers $74,700 to $112,200 in annual compensation and does not provide immigration sponsorship.
