Description
Sezzle is hiring a full-time IT Operations Analyst to serve as the IT Operations point of contact for Colombia. The role manages device inventory, macOS and Windows device administration, Google Workspace, MDM, IT support tickets, hardware and software provisioning, onboarding and termination processes, IT audits, and security-related change awareness. The position requires 2–6 years of experience, English fluency, experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools, and knowledge of cloud productivity administration, enterprise endpoint management, IT service management, and enterprise security platforms. Compensation is $2,000–$2,600 USD gross per month as a contractor, with on-call and occasional after-hours responsibilities.
