Conduent is hiring a Production Support Specialist to monitor and troubleshoot healthcare applications and processes, investigate and remediate production anomalies, support incident management, verify environment stability, document processes, and mentor team members. The role requires at least three years of production support experience, a graduate degree and relevant expertise, strong communication skills, familiarity with healthcare workflows and systems such as IWA, UC4, AppDynamics, and ServiceNow, and availability for a rotating 24/7/365 schedule with holiday work.
