Description
The IT Operations and Infrastructure Engineer will manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related systems. The role covers infrastructure monitoring, updates, backups, security, troubleshooting, documentation, audits, and IT projects, while reporting to the Manager, Information Technology. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience, cloud and network expertise, scripting ability, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is based in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.
