IT Operations & Security Specialist at pointfive

PointFive is hiring an IT Operations & Security Specialist to own global IT operations and security for employees across Israel, Europe, and the United States. The role covers Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, employee onboarding and offboarding, identity and access management, hardware and asset management, office infrastructure, endpoint monitoring, security risk assessments, and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. Candidates need 3–5 years of IT operations or systems administration experience, macOS and Linux expertise, enterprise MDM and IAM experience, networking knowledge, and the ability to work a shifted schedule with overlap in United States business hours.
