Description
The ProdOps Technician provides first-level operational support for IT infrastructure and manufacturing applications within STMicroelectronics’ 24x7 DTIT ProdOps team. Responsibilities include monitoring systems and applications with Zabbix, handling incidents and user calls, troubleshooting and escalating issues, identifying recurring problems, supporting computer room vigilance and cybersecurity incidents, and communicating major incidents. The role requires a technician or license diploma in systems and information technology, knowledge of IT infrastructure and incident management, and the ability to work in rotating shifts in an on-site environment.
