Description
Oceans is hiring an IT Operations & Systems Manager to build and own the internal workplace-technology function for a distributed, bootstrapped performance-marketing holding company. The role is fully remote and covers device procurement and MDM deployment, Google Workspace and SaaS administration, identity and access governance, secure onboarding and offboarding, software inventory, vendor coordination, and daily IT support. Candidates should have 2–5 years of hands-on IT operations or systems administration experience, including MDM, zero-touch deployment, identity governance, and global device logistics. The role reports to the People Operations Manager and requires in-person training during the first 3.5 weeks.
