ThoughtFull is hiring an IT Operations Associate to provide first-line employee support across Singapore, Malaysia, and remote environments, administer Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Intune, manage Mac and Windows devices, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain office technology and infrastructure, and govern IT tools and security in alignment with ISO 27001 practices. The role requires 3–5 years of IT operations, systems administration, or helpdesk experience and offers a basic salary of MYR 4,000–8,000.
