The World Food Programme is recruiting for an IT operations and technical support role in a Country Office, responsible for system maintenance, technology repairs and configuration, server hardware and software deployments, telecommunications equipment, information and database maintenance, user support, standard end-user training, documentation, task allocation, and continuous improvement of IT services. The role requires completion of secondary school education, with a related post-secondary certificate desirable, experience resolving complex technical issues and applying client service standards, and fluency in the relevant UN and duty-station languages. The duty station is indicated as Monrovia, Liberia by the application deadline timezone.
